But, isn’t feminist collectivist?
That’s a question we hear a lot, and so we’re making it the roundtable topic at our very first public “salon & social.” Come for a group discussion, led by Feminists for Liberty founders Kat Murti & Elizabeth Nolan Brown, and stay for some unstructured drinking and fraternizing afterward (or come and go when you can; this is a casual affair).
When: next Friday, Nov. 30, from 6-9 p.m.
Where: Exiles Bar DC
620 U St NW ~ second floor
Who: All are welcome, regardless of sex or gender.
Snacks are on us, and happy hour drink specials go ’til eight.
We’ll do the ‘salon’ portion from 6:30-7:15 p.m. Stick around afterward to continue chatting and hanging out – we have the upstairs to ourselves until 9 p.m. (when things open up for karaoke, which anyone is welcome to stay for).
